he really does have awesome stuff, i swear. Peat sell things to travelers in any forest anywhere, he can do that. you could even purchase the power to do so from him, if you can stand him and are willing to do what he asks. his items work and there are no bad effects front hem, but he is just such an asshole that he just doesn’t get many sales. the owl on his shoulder is his only friend and he doesn’t talk much.
